Darroch Crewe attended his first SC conference as a teenager and went on to establish an SC office in Newfoundland at Memorial University. He still carries his SC Warm Fuzzy from his first conference in his wallet and uses it in motivational efforts for SC staff and volunteers. In the past year, he has undertaken running marathons to fundraise for various charitable causes.

Stephanie Di Trapani (née Collins) works at Health Canada at the Natural Health Products Directorate, Health Products and Food Branch. She attended her first SC conference in 1998 and has been involved ever since! She's a proud Newfoundlander but happily resides in Ottawa with her husband Filippo. For fun Stephanie dances, spends time with friends and catches up her favourite blogs on interior design, community events, and cooking!

Andrea became involved with the SCC through work at the YMCA doing youth impact surveys with Sharif and Stoney and later hosted the Students Commission planning weekends at Pine Crest for their annual conferences. Andrea is an avid long distance runner and is often found with one of her three children climbing all over her while exploring in the woods. Andrea and her husband and family live in Bracebridge and would rather paddle than drive to work!

Brina is a change management & project management expert with over 20 years experience as an independent consultant. She specializes in implementing large, complex, strategic projects and is a certified Human Resource Leader with a background in operations and information technology management. Known for her collaborative, inclusive style, Brina has consulted to senior levels in corporate Canada for much of her career and now also consults to emerging entrepreneurs and organizations in the social enterprise field. Brina is passionate about inter-generational collaboration, diversity and inclusion and ensures that mentoring is a key component of any contract she undertakes. She has been a member of the Advisory Committee for the Toronto Regional Immigrant Employment Council’s (TRIEC) Connector Program; a Strategic Advisor to the School for Social Entrepreneurs, Ontario; and, an inaugural member of the League of Intrapreneurs, Canada. Brina has a certificate in Medicine Wheel Facilitation from the Indigenous Certification Board of Canada and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Child Development Institute.
